Greetings from Whistler,

Everyone has been raving about the early opening, the huge amount of snow and the fabulous skiing. Many are saying it is the “best early opening yet!” As predicted the Pineapple Express did arrive today with a vengeance, washing away much of the snow in the Village.  Good news is the weather will be going to -5 on the mountain by Friday!  It also looks like this mild weather will turn to colder temperatures on the mountain bringing more of the white stuff.  

Okay, let’s get to the market.  It is still pumping out some multiple offers on the hot listings that are just coming on the market.
