This weekend Whistler is hosting the legendary race called The Saudan Couloir Ski Race Extreme.  This a race from the top of Blackcomb Mountain down 2,500 vertical feet. Starting in 1987, this race has made history as one of the top 10 steepest inbound runs in the world.  This thigh burning “hell” race is on Blackcomb Mountain April 13-14 as a highlight of the World Ski and Snowboard Festival. This weekend is also the 2nd  DEALS ON WHEELS event,

We are happy to see 18 new listings this week in Whistler and 5 new ones in Pemberton.  Take note 7 are old vacant land sales in Wedgewoods.  There is a cooling of the market right now.  We are not seeing the multiple offers like we did a month ago.  Notice there are 9 price reductions, this the result of prices too high for what the market will bare.
