The days are getting longer and it feels like spring is in the air at times, however, there have been some recent big snow storms creating great powder days.  The skiing and boarding has been outstanding, if you haven’t been up here for awhile, you should come this weekend.  You will love it! 
The market has been incredibly busy this week, 28 sales and 23 new listings.  The activity is mostly clients from the Lower Mainland but there are a few buyers here from Hong Kong and the USA as well.  Again we have had multiple and competing offers on many of the sales.  When you look at the list price and the sale price is more, you know there were very likely 2 or more offers.  Multiple offers in Whistler and Pemberton mean there could be up to 5 offers.  This is why, if you are a buyer, you need our help to get you all the information on new listings the minute they go live on the internet.  We know all the properties and can help you immediately.  If you are a seller, you will notice that there are a few more listings coming on the market now as we go into Spring.  You should think about selling now before everyone else lists.  Call or email us for a market evaluation to help you with your decision on selling.
