Hello from Whistler,
It is an absolutely stunning day out there today, glorious sunshine with great skiing reported on the mountain and cross country trails! Lucky Lynne is jetting off today to the incredible Vivo Resorts Beachfront Properties in Mexico. Vivo is owned by a very good friend, Cary Mullen who used to be on the Canadian Downhill Team and coached by her husband Paul. Spring break will be starting soon which will bring more families to the resort. Be sure to check out thefamily apres that happens at Olympic Plaza, it is free and there is something fun for everyone!
The market has remained incredibly busy this week again with 28 new listings and 23 sales.  If you are wanting to buy, you need our help to get you all the information on new listings the minute they go live on the internet. We are working every day with both ears wide open to listen for anything new that might be coming on the market.  If you are a seller, you will notice that there are a few more listings coming on the market now as we go into Spring.  If you are considering selling let us know so we can get you an updated evaluation.

Pemberton has 5 new listings this week, 2 of which I understand already have offers on them. If you are interested in what is happening around The Village of
Pemberton and the SLRD be sure to follow them on facebook. There is always news happening and it is good to be involved. There are some proposed changes to Area C OCP and ALR zoning bylaws so be sure you are in the loop.

Have a great week!
