The market has been really busy this past week in Whistler. There has been lots of action in all segments of the market, the high end to the low end, realtors are out showing property, and offers are being written and accepted. Buyers are moving forward with confidence. Listing properties in the right price range is most important to attract buyers. From there it’s what a buyer will pay and a seller will accept.
