Greetings from Whistler,
Last weekend was the 3rd Whistler Subaru Ironman, it couldn’t have rained any harder. I jumped on my bike at 6:30 am and rode over to Rainbow Park to watch the start of the swim, I should have worn my ski goggles , it was that bad. The crowd was huge in spite of the rain. There were 1,800 volunteers and 1,948 athletes, what an amazing turn out for this event. Eventually the rain stopped around 11 am and the rest of the day was not bad. Congratulations to the winners and all of the participants for this highly successful event. Thank you to all the volunteers , without you this race would not be possible.
For the past couple of weeks I have been telling you the market is changing, we are seeing more new listings and more price reductions. 35 new listings compared with 21 sales in the week, that speaks to the change. If you have been waiting until the end of the summer to put your property on the market, I would think about listing it now. Don’t wait and follow the herd, get out front and get yours listed now.
Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
Have a great week!
Lynne and Tracey
