Greetings from Whistler,
Spring Break in Whistler has been filled with fresh powder on the slopes! It feels like winter is going to be here a little longer yet. The Village has been very busy as well with guests and everyone seems happy. The World Ski and Snowboard Festival will be happening in Whistler next week April 7-16th providing lots of entertainment on and off the slopes.
The market is seeing more and more new listings which is nice for the Buyers and we expect this continue in the weeks ahead. Multiple offers are still happening on certain properties, it just depends what you are looking for. We were a bit swamped last week with 4 great new listings so we did not get the report out to you. This report is for the last 14 days.
