Here we go! The mountain opened a week early , it was amazing how many
people were up there on Saturday. I was surprised to see the parking lot full
at Creekside, right down to P2. I went up for 3 runs, just enough to qualify a
glass of wine at Dusty’s afterwards. I think the mountain has done an exceptional
job of getting the runs open with the help of man made snow and the real stuff.
The weather forecast is for snow and below zero temperatures for this weekend,
Our office meeting this morning was compiled of 35 agents all saying the same
thing, we have no inventory. We are down to 431 listings compared to last year
at this time we had 697. We have the buyers waiting for that perfect property
to buy but we can’t find it for them. The total # if sales this year for Whistler to
date is 663 compared to 563 for 2013 a 15.08% increase in the # of sales. These
