Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

Finally we are getting some warmer temperatures and sunshine! The trees are starting to bud and the golf courses are open in Pemberton now and Whistler’s courses should be opening early May. Blackcomb still has some amazing skiing, note the new hours of operation are 10-5. Whistler is closed for skiing but will open for Bike Park operations on May 19th.

The real estate market has been very busy as you will see in the numbers below with 18 new listings and 20 reported sales in the past 7 days! This past weekend saw a number of multiple offers on some of the newer listings. Just two new listings for Pemberton and no sales this week but Spring is in the air and we are expecting more listings to come on the market. Hike for Health

The Hike for Health event returns and will take place on Sunday June 18, 2023 on the Ascent Trail on Blackcomb Mountain. All proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Dr. Rob Burgess Primary Care Fund and support improvements to primary care access.  New for 2023: Be a Trailblazer!
