In spite of the raging wildfires in BC, Whistler and Pemberton have managed to stay mostly smoke-free , with the exception of a few days in the previous week. Our thoughts and hearts are with those who have experienced the devastating loss of their homes and possessions. Summer activities in Whistler and Pemberton are thriving with tourists from all over the world enjoying our resort.  It’s the last 2 weeks of summer, come and have some fun in the sun.

The real estate market is quite busy this past week.  We are seeing many potential buyers trying to wrap up deals on a property for the ski season.  Realtors are busy showing property and offers are being written.  There are 13 new listings in Whistler and 6 in Pemberton, maybe one of them would be just right for you.  A note of interest , the largest residential estate, measuring almost 120 acres with 6.9 acres of it on the peninsula on the shores of Green Lake extending through Emerald Estates, has just sold for just over $10 ml.  It is one of the most beautiful properties in Whistler.
