We had a dusting of new snow overnight last night and it looks like more snow for later this week and the weekend. Even if you are not coming up to ski the mountains there is lots of entertainment throughout Whistler Village and the resort including skating, XC skiing, snowshoeing, Zip Lines and more!Over the past week, Whistler saw a total of 25 new listings and 4 new properties were added to the Pemberton market. Whistler saw 9 recorded sales and no sales for Pemberton for the past week. We are aware of a number of properties in Pemberton that are under offer. FIS Nordic Junior/U23 Cross-Country World Ski Championships 2023 Schedule Highlights
The 2023 FIS Nordic Junior/U23 Cross-Country World Ski Championships will take place at Whistler Olympic Park from January 27 to February 5, 2023! This annual competition is rarely hosted outside of Europe and is the largest event of its kind at the Park since the 2010 Olympics.
The Nordic Junior World Ski Championship will see the world’s top athletes aged 16 to 20 compete in the disciplines of Cross-Country Skiing, Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined. Meanwhile, the U23 Cross-Country World Ski Championships welcomes the world’s best skiers aged 21 to 23.
Whistler Olympic Park is proud to be the host venue partner for this prestigious event and to work in collaboration with the organizing committee at Black Tusk Nordic Events Society to bring it to life. Together, we will welcome over 500 athletes and 300 support staff from across the world to the Park for 9 days of thrilling competition. Good luck to all of the athletes!
