The mountains are in great shape and the recent snowfalls have smiles on everyone’s faces as they come off the mountains at the end of the day! It’s Spring Break and the kids are out of school and the parents are trying to juggle work and quality time with the kids, it is busy all around.  We do feel lucky living in Whistler and Pemberton, my grandchildren are here enjoying life at it’s best and I get to watch them grow up💕  Hopefully, you are here for Spring Break and can enjoy some of the many activities Whistler and Pemberton have to offer.  Check out the Whistler Tourism Blog for the perfect adventure for your family.  I feel like we are finally feeling the freedom from the of isolation during Covid!

Incase you missed this from last week: Canada’s Underused Housing Tax needs to be filed with your 2022 tax returns if you are not exempt. We do not have all the answers and highly recommend touching base with your accountant to confirm if this applies to you and your Whistler or Pemberton properties.
