Spring is a such a great time of the year!  The days are longer and brighter, spring skiing is amazing and it is like paradise up on the mountains and here in the village.  I had a wonderful afternoon at the Scandinave Spa last week, that is something I haven’t done since pre-covid. I highly recommend it if you want quiet outdoor relaxation and an indoor massage! A real treat.

The real estate market was a little quieter during Spring Break as families enjoy precious time with their kids and outdoor activities.  This is the time of the year you will see more new listings as the ski season comes to an end next month.  Typically, families think about selling their properties at the end of the ski season and that creates more inventory for the buyers.  Our inventory is only 179 listings in Whistler and 51 in Pemberton.
