Greetings from Whistler,
Spring break is upon us. Every school district follows a different holiday schedule which means the kids are here now and for the next few weeks. The skiing and boarding is pretty awesome most days, go up there, it’s a winter wonderland on the mountains. There is Apres in Olympic Plaza area as well as a huge sledding hill and a great outdoor ice skating rink for families to enjoy. Take advantage of this wonderful attraction in the Village. Don’t forget about the XCountry skiing at Lost lake and in the Callaghan Valley, the trails are in great shape.
The market is still rocketing along. There are 23 great new listings in Whistler but no new listings in Pemberton but 5 recorded sales. Let us know if there is a property that looks appealing. We will be here through Spring Break, we would love to hear from you.
