Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
Blackcomb is open until the May long weekend and this time of year is always a treat for fitting in a multi-sport day. Ski, bike, golf or pickle ball its all happening in the Sea to Sky corridor!
It has been a busy week for real estate listings in Whistler and Pemberton as you will see in the numbers below. Whistler is now up to 154 active listings and Pemberton at 29. This is what we expect to see at this time of year with the Spring market. Although the numbers are up from the past few months we are still low on inventory so if you are considering selling now is a good time to reach out for a no obligation market analysis. We are here to help and answer any questions you might have!
Here are this weeks numbers for you:
We look forward to hearing from you.
Have a great week!

Location is key and this home is in a very ideal section of the complex at the end of a quiet no thru road. You’ll love the privacy here with unobstructed mountain views from the kitchen, dining room and second bedroom. The east/west orientation allows all day sun and makes this home bright and airy all day. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been immaculately kept over the years and has many custom features including bamboo flooring, custom shelving in the laundry, a cubby space or play area in the second bedroom and a murphy bed in the garage. The master ensuite has had a stylish renovation with heated flooring and full-size double shower. There is extra storage space under the deck, and the backyard green space has lots of room to play and is bordered by trees which adds to the privacy. The Peaks has a community garden and is in walking distance to the trails, lake, school, and all the amenities of Pemberton. Join us at the open house on Sunday, May 1 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.
We were so happy to hear last week that after a couple years on the move, the Whistler Farmers’ Market (WFM) will return to its pre-pandemic home on the Upper Village stroll this summer! We absolutely love strolling through the market on Sundays checking out the local art, music and food. The first day is May 22!
