Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
Do you feel like fall is in the air…say it’s not so! The Cedar tree branches are starting to turn brown, this is a sure sign of fall, and it was a chilly 8 degrees Celsius this morning in Whistler! Magestic Mount Currie in Pemberton actually had fresh snow on top yesterday morning. We all look forward to winter but…
Be sure to take note, if you are coming to Whistler, masks are mandatory in some restaurants and public places. Check out the updated Covid Restrictions before you come to Whistler.
This market continues to be strong with lots of sales in the higher price ranges up to $4 million. The lowest sale last week was a quarter share unit for $178,000. There are new listings coming on the market though as we saw 20 new listings in Whistler and 2 for Pemberton this last week. Let us know if there is anything that you would like more information on. We are here to help you with your real estate needs and just a phone call away if you would like to chat about the market.
Have a great week and stay well,
