The Village lights are absolutely magical and it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas!  It’s hard to believe there are only 12 days left until the big day.  We wish you and your families a wonderful holiday season. We are happy to see so many people in Whistler and Pemberton here to enjoy family time together.  This year we feel all need to be grateful for what we have and what we can share with others and their families. The market hasn’t changed much in the last few weeks. There are 8 sales from $185,000 – $11 ml., and there are buyer’s looking at all price ranges. Whistler has 14 new listings from $339,000 to $4.2 ml. for them to choose from in Whistler and there are 3 new listings in Pemberton this past week. 2022 is not over yet and we are expecting a few more sales in the next couple of weeks. Santa Day, Christmas

Santa Ski Day is December 15

“Dress like Santa and Mrs. Claus and bring the festive fun to the slopes. Skiers and riders of all ages are invited to put on their best Santa or Mrs. Claus ensembles to spread Christmas cheer around Whistler Blackcomb. In return, a free lift ticket is gifted to the first 100 people to arrive at the Garibaldi Lift Company at the base of Whistler Mountain, in full Santa or Mrs. Claus attire. All participants upload the Whistler Village Gondola at 8 AM, then ski or ride to the bottom of Emerald Express for a group photo.”
