Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

LET IT SNOW! We have been getting lots of beautiful snow in Whistler and Pemberton and the mountains are in great shape so far this season. Mid-week is the time to go if you can manage a day to play as the mountains have been fairly quiet and the lines are nice and short!  Lots of details below on what is happening in Whistler this Holiday Season.

Real estate continues to move at a very consistent pace,  the inventory is very low and we continue to see multiple offers on most new listings. Currently, Whistler is showing just 108 active listings and Pemberton is at 17! Let us know if you have questions on the market, it is best to get yourself set up as best you can for any new listings that fit your criteria. We continue to see new listings setting a date and time for offers to allow buyers some time to do their due diligence with organizing financing, reviewing strata if applicable, and potentially a building inspection as well depending on the property. As a buyer or a seller, we are here to help you navigate the market.

Here are this past week’s numbers for you:

Whistler Market
11 New Whistler Listings
13 Sales in Whistler
3 Price Adjustments

Pemberton Market
1 New Pemberton Listing
3 Sales in Pemberton
0 Price Adjustments

Have a great week!

Community Update:

If you are looking for something to do during the evening this winter, we couldn’t recommend Vallea Lumina more! From their website:

“Join an evening excursion and follow cryptic radio transmissions and the lingering traces of two long-ago hikers to find the scenic trailhead where the real journey begins… This pathway leads toward a place filled with beauty, and proof that the legends of Whistler are true.”

The display is very cool, and it’s good for all ages. We can’t wait to go again!
