It’s time to say goodbye to 2022 and welcome the New Year, 2023!  As we reflect over the months, there has been many highs and a few lows along the way.  The first 5 months of 2022 brought us the highest real estate boom we have seen in years, and the last 7 months the prices have softened due to the inflation rate surging, causing the significant interest rates hikes along with other government tightenings.
