The mountains are open, all the skiers and boarders are happy and we are all looking forward to a successful ski season. School break is coming up and I am sure the Village will be bustling with everyone who has their family holidays planned. As 2021 starts to wind down, we have not seen any changes in our inventory levels and with the ongoing shortage of new listings, we are continually preparing our Buyers to be ready when the right product does come to market. Knowing the financing options you might have is the key as well as knowing what buildings, complexes or neighborhoods interest you so we can give you as much information as possible to be ready for that new listing.

The market is seeing some sellers, although excited about the price they could get for their property, just do not have the confidence that they will find the right property to move to… We have been successful in coordinating a number of transactions in Whistler and Pemberton where the seller has found what they want and then we move forward with listing their property and getting it sold quickly so we can line up the closings.
