The tides may be turning as we see lower numbers of sales in Whistler and Pemberton. Part of that is due to low inventory as we have been saying for months, another part of that could be the kids are out of school and families just want to have fun together now that we have more freedom to be with our friends. We are happy to see 26 new listings for Whistler and 6 new ones for Pemberton this is good news for the buyers.
