Happy Summer Solstice Day!  It’s been raining most of the day in Whistler but completely dry in Pemberton today. There are a lot of people in the Village celebrating National Indigenous People Day at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre. Admission is free from June 21st to July 3rd. The market conditions are changing as you see by the 23 price reductions this week. The influx of 25 new listings bringing the inventory up to just over 200 listings from our record lows of only just over 100 listings and only 8 sales this week is causing the prices to drop.
