The market has 26 new listings in all price points this week, 23 recorded sales and interestingly 8 price changes. Tuesdays are our local Whistler realtor tour days, to view any new listing, and many of today’s 13 properties already have offers in place. Recently we have had as few as 6-8 properties on tour but the list is growing weekly which shows what we are expecting – more listings in the Spring.
