Spring tried to shine thru today with a touch of sunshine this morning, however, looks like the snow we are expecting for this week is starting to move in! This will be great for the mountains and the visitors we are expecting over Spring Break.
As predicted we are seeing an influx of new listings hitting the market. We are up to 37 new listings this week and 24 recorded sales! We will have to keep a close eye on what this does with the prices but at this point, there still seems to be some strong demand from Buyers so it may take some time for any real changes to be seen.
