Buyers will be happy to know there are 22 great new listings in Whistler this week and 5 new ones in Pemberton.  This morning we went on Realtors tour and saw 12 great new listings. Realtors Tour is one of the highlights of the week for us, seeing the new listings and mingling with all the realtors catching the latest buzz in the market.   The sales have slowed down significantly, hard for the sellers, but listings have increased, good for the buyers,  very typical for this time of the year.  Surprisingly we did hear of several multiple offers this morning including ourselves in one with our clients.  This is a sign of a good property that is priced right.  If you are a buyer, be prequalified for a mortgage if you need one, be organized and ready to buy.  Opportunities do come up and you need to be ready to jump on them.  Seller’s need to be prepared to be exposed longer than you expected, due to the cooling in our market.  This is happening in most markets throughout BC.  We are here to get you through the finish line whether it is buying or selling, we will get the job done.
