We are enjoying this weeks sunshine and hear there is more on the way.  This is the time of year to enjoy the Spring Dining Specials,  most restaurants are offering something special! Check out the fabulous 4 and 5-course meals at many restaurants.  The driving ranges are open in Whistler, the bike trails are dry on the lower sections and Pemberton Golf courses are open! Whistler Bike Park is getting ready to open May 18th. 
You may have seen the article in the newspapers saying Whistler is Canada’s Craziest Housing Market!. it is an interesting read. We still have a healthy market here, there are 22 new listings to choose from this week, we are starting to see more listings as predicted and the properties are sitting on the market a little longer than they were a month ago.  The multiple offers have calmed down, this is much better for the buyers to be able to take some time to think about their best options.  Let us know what you are looking to buy or sell, now is a good time to make a move.
