Pemberton is showing a very balanced market this past week based on the statistics below. Comparing year to date sales we are also showing the same with 60 sales for 2018 and 62 sales for 2017. The average price year to date has increased between 5% for chalets with acreage to as high as 29.83% for vacant land. It is important to remember that we are dealing with a low number of sales for creating averages. Currently, Pemberton has 61 listings in total with 28 of the listings being vacant land.
