Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

We used to say April showers bring May flowers, does anybody remember that? Well, it will be hard for the flowers to bloom after all this rain and not much sunshine but we are hoping for the best.  Pemberton flowers are blooming so that is treat. Our E-bikes are charged and ready to go, the clubs are clean and ready for the game but the best thing for us is we play Pickleball at the Tennis Club, indoors, so no matter what the weather, we are having fun and getting exercise.  We haven’t been up the mountain for spring skiing in the last couple of weeks but have heard good reports! Bring on the sun and we will get up there.  The Pemberton and Squamish golf courses are open and the fairways are in good condition.

The real estate market is still like a cat on a hot tin roof, a little unpredictable but moving pretty fast. The inventory is growing as usual for this time of the year.  The listing prices are fairly stable, not really on the rise.  The buyers are definitely ready to jump when they see a property they like and hopefully they are successful without multiple offers, as were two of our fabulous clients today! Our total number of listings is now up to 144, including parking spaces and timeshare listings. If you think about it, that is not very many considering the price range from $212,000 for a quarter share to $18 ml.  We would love to help you with your real estate decisions, we will gladly do a market evaluation for you. We know that many of you who have owned for years are thinking about “the right time to sell” and we would love to help you with that.  In our opinion, it It is always the right time to sell, seize the moments when the market is high and that is now!  We may see a slow down in the sales in the next few weeks as there is more inventory coming on the market, we will keep you posted.  Send us an email if you have questions on the market, we are here to help you.

DenDuyf Park Update

The pump track at DenDuyf Park is really coming along quickly! The ashphalt is complete and now it is time to landscape. We are so excited to see this completed, the addition of the multi-level dirt jumps is the finishing touch. Truly an awesome amenity to be added to all the recreation that we have here in Pemberton.
