Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow! That was the theme today in Whistler as big flakes fell from the sky. With the mountains opening on Thursday the timing couldn’t be better. This is a big help and there is more snow in the forecast. Cornucopia has been a great success with and incredible number of delicious and fun events. If you are coming up there are a few events left and the wrap up happens this Sunday. Whistler Film Festival is the next big event starting on Dec 3rd with the RE:U:NITE Gala kicking it off.

Real Estate has been consistent with what we have seen over the past few weeks, but it feels like it may be picking up slightly as we are getting a few more calls on viewing properties. The bank of Canada is expected to release another rate hike at the beginning of Dec. and we are still waiting on the final announcement regarding the Foreign Buyers Ban. We will update you as soon as we know more. There have been 9 price reductions, 10 sales and 16 new listings for Whistler which includes 3 timeshares and 6 vacant land listings.  For Pemberton we have 5 new listings and 2 price reductions.
