We have snow on the mountains!! It has been chilly the last couple of days but it’s been nice to see the beautiful fall leaves before they blow off in the wind. It’s that time of the year to put away the patio furniture, get your boots and mitts out of the closet and put your snow tires on. Each Friday night in October, four of our Art Galleries are going to be sampling BC Wines and hors d’oeuvres! Check out the fabulous Galleries and enjoy the cultural experience while walking through the village.
This week has been really busy for most of the realtors in Whistler & Pemberton. There are 20 new Whistler listings and 17 sales, which is quite a balanced market for us and Pemberton is showing similar numbers. The 18 price changes are definitely an indication that the prices were set too high for those properties to sell. We think we will continue to see a good market throughout the fall months.
