And so it goes, a long, beautiful Fall, thank you to Mother Nature! As I drove by Green Lake this morning there were two boats out with skiers behind them and the golden sun was just beaming off the lake, absolutely stunning! We are running out of time though as there is a weather shift coming in for Friday. The forests will love the much needed rain which may soon be snow. This time of the year we see lots of people here simply enjoying the quieter moments in Whistler.
The real estate market is holding steady with plenty of action this past week. Granted we have more new listings than sales, the good thing is we are selling property and we are in a more balanced market than we were in 6 months ago. People still want to buy in Whistler and Pemberton. It’s a good time for buyers who have been looking at homes or condo’s, some prices have come down and seller’s may be more open to negotiating. Whistler is the # 1 Ski Resort in the World, buyer’s are investing here because they love it and what it has to offer them.
