Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
It’s been a bit of a soggy week here with a bit of sunshine off and on to brighten our days. Whistler and Pemberton have continued to lure the guests over the weekend as we come to the end of the summer activities, the bike park, golfing and paddleboarding. Rain or shine, people still want to get up to the mountains and breathe the fresh air. If you are looking for activities to do in Whistler this Fall check out The Whistler Blog, there is something for everyone in the family.
The real estate market hasn’t cooled off yet and if the inventory remains as low as it is, it will continue to drive the prices up. There are only 138 listings in Whistler including the ¼ share ownerships and just 40 listings in Pemberton. We encourage you to talk to us about selling your property if you are thinking along those lines. We will be able to help you with your decisions by giving you a comparative market analysis of your property with a listing price that you may be very surprised at! We are looking for more listings, this may be a good time for you to sell.
Have a great week and stay well,
Lynne Venner & Tracey Cruz
Your Mother/Daughter Team
