The Whistler Grand Fondo was on Saturday and it was another huge success – it is the largest & voted best Gran Fondo in North America! The golf courses are still open as well as the Whistler bike park and hiking trails galore. There is always something to keep you busy here in the Sea to Sky corridor!

In real estate this week the numbers are showing 18 new listings, 12 sales and 8 price adjustments for Whistler. Pemberton has 2 new listings, 2 sales and 2 price adjustments. For sellers, there are buyers looking and we are likely going to start to return to the average number of days on the market and expect offers that will have conditions allowing the buyers to have time to do their due diligence.
