Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

We are catching the last rays of sunshine 3 minutes earlier everyday, hopefully we will have lots of sunshine through the fall. I spent the day on the golf course, golfing and taking pictures of these beautiful mountains, I love this stunning resort!  This Saturday Sept. 10th is the The GranFondo Whistler,  It is voted the best GranFondo in North America!  Riders are leaving Stanley Park at 7:00 am and will start arriving in Whistler around 10:00 am. The riders will have dedicated lanes but traffic will be slower in the morning, easing up in the early afternoon, so plan ahead.

The market is levelling out with the number of listings and sales for the week, again being the same, 10/10. This tells us we are moving into a more realistic market and more relaxed conditions.  The prices have softened but the luxury sales are very much active. In the last 60 days there has been 8 Sales over $3 ml. That is 1 per week!  Whistler is one of the most popular resorts in the world. People love it here and will continue to buy real estate here. Whistler Village Beer Festival
September 13 – 18 2022

The festival that started it all, Whistler Village Beer Festival (WVBF), will be returning with six-days of beer-fuelled fun September 13–18, 2022. The Main Event will be held at Whistler Olympic Plaza on September 17th and 18th and in addition to the 120+ variations of beer and cider it will include a bigger music lineup than ever before featuring the Strumbellas, Shred Kelly, Boy Golden, The Hairfarmer’s, Red Chair, JennaMae &  Groovesection and DJ Stache.
