Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton, The mountains aren’t busy during the week, the line ups are not bad, so if you are thinking of getting away for a few days, Whistler is a fantastic place to come to. We are into the second week of spring break and it is quiet on the slopes. There are lots of other things to do here besides skiing and boarding, check out the Whistler Insider for ideas for your family. Come up and enjoy the local ambiance, the fresh air and a walk on the trails is a good spirit lifter. Our 7 day market update is much the same as the last few weeks. We are still in one of the hottest markets we have had in Whistler and Pemberton. Our inventory in Whistler is less than 200 and in Pemberton there are only 28 listings. This may be the best time for you to list your property, let us know if you would like a personal market evaluation on your property, we are in need of new listings! Our buyers are having a hard time finding a property to buy and having to be in multiple offers, which is driving the prices up. We look forward to hearing from you if you think it’s the right time to sell. The offshore buyers are not able to travel here now so 91% of our buyers are from BC with only 4 % foreign buyers from Hong Kong and USA.
