Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

Today was a great day for me, I did Fresh Tracks on Whistler Mountain for the first time this season.  It was a big surprise to see a line up at 6:45 am from the Gondola that wound around the que several times and all the way back to the middle of the village stroll.  It was pitch black, you could hardly see all the faces of the eager skiers and boarders.  The breakfast was fantastic, although we only had 10 minutes to eat before we headed out to get the fresh tracks.  It was so worth it, perfectly groomed runs with a dusting of powder, all to ourselves (well almost).  It felt magical, watching the sun come up while skiing down the slopes.  I’m definitely going to do that again soon.

The good news is that Whistler Blackcomb has an increase of 17% of skier visits over last year at this time, it’s no wonder, we are the only ones who  have snow and the conditions are amazing.  The increase in Skiers has rolled over into the increase visitors and that has rolled into more interested buyers.  We had 11 sales in the last week and 22  new listings.  We still need new listings so please call or email if you are thinking of selling.
