Greetings from Whistler,
Did any of you do the Whistler Granfondo? Congratulations if you did, that was a very cold and rainy day for a nice little bike ride from Vancouver to Whistler. My son in law did it in 5.5 hr. and it took 2 days for him to warm up I think. There were 4,500 entries, and with them, they bring family, friends and support teams. Rain or shine, the bike ride goes on and most people are glad they did it.
This weekend there were a few of the hot listings snapped up in multiple offers. Nothing has changed in our market or the Pemberton market, the sought after listings are still selling in multiple offers. We had 28 sales in the past week and only 18 new listings, this tells the story loud and clear. To all our valued clients, please let us know if you have a property you are thinking of selling, let’s talk about what it is worth in today’s market. We certainly need more inventory!
