Look for the schedule online or in the Pique and the Question. It is such a great weekend platform with Art, Mountain Biking, Big Screen movies, concerts and so many more activities. It’s the Kick Off to Summer. Whistler Bike Park opens on Friday for anyone who has been waiting for the big day!
This week, again, there are more sales than listings. Check out the 24 new listings though and you will see a higher variety of listings, there is more to look at than the last couple of weeks. Our agent tours on Tuesday mornings have also been more lengthy than in the past few months. Normally we see an influx of new listings in April but this year we are seeing it happen in May. I think you will see the inventory increase in the next few weeks. I know we have several sellers who are thinking about putting their properties on the market. It makes sense for sellers to capture this timing in the market. We are doing market evaluations daily for our clients, call us or email if you would like to know what your property is worth.
