This week’s real estate statistics have seen a slight dip with Whistler welcoming 19 new properties to the market and finalizing 9 sales, while Pemberton introduced 6 new listings and secured 4 sales. As we move further into the Spring season, we anticipate an increase in listings, offering a wider selection for prospective buyers. This surge in inventory doesn’t necessarily mean prices will drop, but it does spark more competition among listings. Currently, Whistler boasts 263 active listings with March witnessing 38 sales, whereas Pemberton recorded 8 sales last month and now has 67 properties on the market.
