We had a welcomed torrential downpour here in this beautiful Whistler and Pemberton area last night. It felt like the flood gates were open and we gladly let the rain in. This week shows a little slower real estate action, we could potentially attribute it to the wildfires, people not being able to travel to Whistler, and maybe a little bit of the recent heat wave. Current inventory (no time share or parking stalls) has Whistler at 166 listings (second-lowest – Jan/Feb of 2018 was 10 listings lower) and Pemberton at just 38 current listings (actually lower in Jan-Mar of this year (down to 31) and also in Jan 2018.
