Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
The snow has been falling and the local vibe is full of excitement for opening day! Looks like we are off to a good start with a solid base and a prediction of a great winter season ahead.
If you are hoping to find the right place for the season be sure to let us know and check in with your mortgage broker as rates are adjusting. A quick update from our office: “This is the lowest inventory level we have experienced from where I can pull the stats from in 2009. The closest we have come to our current # of 130, would be 150 in January of 2018. During mid-late 2017 we hovered around170-190 until Feb of 2018 when things started to climb above 220.”
